COVID19 Vaccination Events in Durham, January 2022

Upcoming and ongoing vaccination events sin Durham County:

Saturday, January 8  Wheels Fun Park (715 N. Hoover Road).  10am-4pm.  Pfizer. 5 years and older—all doses available.  (Duke Health).

Ongoing:  Lincoln Community Health Center (1301 Fayetteville St.)  Monday through Friday.  9am-11am, 1pm-4:30 pm.   Pfizer (ages 5 and up). Call 919-956-4034 for more information. 

Ongoing: Durham County Department of Public Health (414 E. Main St) Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 9:00am-4:00pm, and Tuesdays 9:00am-6:00pm (closed each day between 11:30 and 1).  Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J.  Booster shots available. Walk-in or call 919-560-9217 to schedule COVID-19 vaccination appointments for kids ages 5-11.   

Ongoing:  Duke Health (Duke Clinic 1J, 40 Duke Medicine Circle) Mon -Fri 9am-4:15pm. Moderna and Pfizer. Third dose available. For ages 5-11 – if child is a Duke pediatric primary care patient, call pediatrician’s office or 919-385-0429 to make an appointment.

COVID-19 vaccines for homebound patients residing in Durham Co. are now available through a partnership between the Durham Co. Community Paramedics and Durham County Public Health. Referrals for Duke patients can be e-mailed to Elissa Nickolopoulos at elissa.rumer@duke.edu.  Patients who are outside of the Duke System can contact Capt. Helen Tripp with the Durham Co. Community Paramedics at (919) 475-3991 or htripp@dconc.gov.  They are doing third doses for eligible individuals.
