The City of Durham and Durham County as well as various organizations are celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month, which takes place from September 15th to October 15th, 2023.

Dia de la Comunidad with Durham Parks & Rec – Sat. Oct. 7th, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM at the WD Hill Recreation Center
This event will present performances by Grupo Caribe Vibe, a Zumba demonstration, and art making activities paying tribute to Hispanic culture. Moreover, enjoy delicious food, vibrant music, fun giveaways, and family-friendly activities as Durham Parks & Rec celebrates the diversity and contributions of the Hispanic community. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn about DPR programs and activities.
