The Nevermore Film Festival is set to take place in downtown Durham, North Carolina February 25-27 in person and online February 25-March 3, 2022.
Now in its 23rd year, Nevermore Film Festival is a juried competition festival that programs brand-new feature and short films with a focus on horror, science fiction, dark fantasy, animation, and mystery/thrillers from around the world. This year’s Nevermore Film Festival will be a hybrid event, hosting both in-person and virtual films.
Nevermore has screened more than 1000 films since its creation in 1999. It has gained an international reputation as one of the premiere genre festivals in the United States.
All guests attending the physical festival are required to provide proof of a complete COVID-19 vaccination, or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of entering the theater.
